Introduction
These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter "GTC") apply to the use of the "Elegantway" training site offered by "Elegantway".
Acceptance of the T&Cs
Access to and use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of the TOS by the user. If the user does not accept the TOS, he or she must cease all use of the Site.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, videos, graphics, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of "Elegantway" and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of these contents is prohibited.
Use of the Site
The user agrees to use the "Elegantway" Site in accordance with the GTC and the laws in force. The user is solely responsible for his or her use of the Site. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user who does not comply with the TOS.
Registration and payment
To access the training courses offered on the Site, the user must register and pay the corresponding registration fees. The user guarantees that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Registration fees are not refundable except in case of force majeure.
Corporate Responsibility
The Company undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the availability and security of the Site. However, the Company cannot guarantee the absence of errors or malfunctions on the Site and cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site.
Modification of the TOS
The Company reserves the right to modify the TOU at any time and without notice. The applicable TOS are those in effect at the time of use of the Site.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The TOS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the TOS will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
Personal data
The Company collects and processes the personal data of the users of the Site in compliance with the regulations in force. The data collected is used to manage registration, provide training, manage payments, communicate with the user and improve the Site. Users have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose data concerning them.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies to enhance the user experience and for security purposes. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings, but this may limit certain features of the Site.
Miscellaneous provisions
If any provision of the TOU is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The TOU constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements.
