Our company is a business development consulting firm, specialized in supporting companies in their growth in France and Poland. We are currently looking for a French-Polish coach facilitator to join our team.

Job description

The main mission of the Franco-Polish coach facilitator will be to support companies in their development in France and in Poland. To do so, he/she will have to :

• Establish a relationship of trust with customers
• Identify the needs and challenges of companies
• Design and implement action plans to meet customer needs
• Conduct training and coaching sessions for clients
• Evaluate the results obtained and adapt the action plans accordingly

The coach facilitator will also:

• Have a thorough knowledge of the French and Polish training market
• Master the project management tools
• Be able to work in a team
• Have an excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis
• Fluent in French and Polish

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary based on the experience and skills of the successful candidate. We also offer access to professional training. The work location will be telecommuting based, with frequent travel within Poland.
